Tscherkassky intercuts the latter image with countdown leader, ironically delaying the saving bullet shot by Clint Eastwood. Hereby the very film tears and suddenly descends into pure, soundless whiteness. Only by way of its defects is the medium of film made tangible. 塞萨洛尼基国际电影节邀请数位国际导演加盟短片集#空间# 的拍摄，中国导演#贾樟柯# 和华裔导演张侨勇受邀！ 　　该短片集受新冠疫情下，世界上三分之一的人口因隔离而活动受限启发，整体创意来源于法国作家乔治·佩雷克所著书籍《Species Of Spaces And Other Pieces》。每位导演将拍摄10分钟的以“限制”为主题的短片。每部短片都将在家中拍摄，利用家中的环境、人物或动物，唯一可利用的室外区域为室外起居空间，例如家中的花园或阳台。 　　此外，金熊奖得主伊尔蒂科·茵叶蒂、《喝彩！》导演拉杜·裘德、《鬼镇事件簿》导演德尼·科泰、《上帝存在，她叫佩特鲁尼娅》导演缇奥娜·斯特鲁加·米泰夫斯卡、约翰·卡洛·林奇、娜诺克·利奥波德、马特奥·本迪斯基、瑞秋·利·琼斯等导演均确定参与。

Close up we see pistons move up and down or side to side. Pendulums sway, the small parts of machinery move. Gears drive larger wheels. Gears within gears spin. Shafts turn some mechanism that is out of sight. Screws revolve and move other gears; a bit rotates. More subtle mechanisms move other mechanical parts for unknown purposes. Weights rise and fall. The movements, underscored by sound, are rhythmic. Circles, squares, rods, and teeth are in constant and sometimes asymmetrical motion. These human-made mechanical bits seem benign and reassuring.
